Automotive Technology and Tragedy: Past Week in Review

Let's get going. For my first post, I'm going to do more of a weekly review of what went down the past week in the automotive world. And I can't start it off without mentioning the absolute BOMBSHELL Tesla dropped on us with their presentation. The Tesla Semi-Truck For those of you not familiar with Tesla, it's an automotive company which makes electric cars, great ones at that. I've always been skeptical of electricity powered cars, but I have to say that Tesla have really turned that skepticism round into optimism. In the great presentation they held (putting aside CEO Elon Musk's nervous stuttering), they revealed something I didn't think would be possible: An Electric Semi-Truck. They're given the same futuristic design Tesla is known for on their cars, with an equally simplistic and futuristic driver cabin. Petrol, Diesel, Engines, Pistons. These few words are only a few of those which collectively describe my passion, my hobby and my escape from reality: Cars and Racing. Hence I've created this blog, for all the petrol heads just like me, with a passion for racing, be it F1, P1, Drag Racing, Rally racing among many others. About Me Me My name is Damian, I'm a nineteen year old from Malta studying for a Bachelor in Communications. Other than studying at Uni, I also have a part time job so life can get quite busy for me.
